CARER INFORMATION/ DEVELOPMENT WORKER
20hour post
Fixed Term until 31st March 2013
Salary £22,855 Pro Rata
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a wide range of experience and skills gained in the statutory or voluntary sector in relation to providing advice, practical and emotional support to alleviate issues that may arise from a significant caring role. Candidates will have a commitment to carers’ rights and an understanding of the demands they face.

East Renfrewshire Carers Centre
The Centre is mainly funded through East Renfrewshire Council and we are also part of the Princess Royal Trust for Carers national network, and receive financial support from time to time.
In May 2002, East Renfrewshire Carers’ Centre became a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. The Centre has a Board of Directors who are all volunteers, many of whom are, or have been, Carers in their own right.
