Support, information and practical assistance for unpaid carers
A carer is someone of any age who provides unpaid support to family, friends or a neighbor who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental ill health or substance misuse problems.
You may or may not live with the person you care for but take responsibility for their well-being, care and support.
You may also be juggling paid work with your unpaid caring responsibilities.
