Living Life to the Full

This is a 7 week programme involving a cognitive behavioural therapy approach to self-help. The approach was developed by Dr Chris Williams and his team. The programme is suitable for those who wish to embrace personal development, stress, low-level anxiety or depression. Participants will be supported through a range of self-help work books. Meetings will take place at Sandler’s cottage, Eastwood park. Meetings begin on 27th October 2017 and run for 7 weeks between 10am and 11.30am.
