Mindfulness taster session

Mindfulness is a life skill which can increase our sense of wellbeing. It can help us to manage stress, pain& increase our coping ability & resilience when difficult situations arise in our lives.
Debbie, who will be facilitating this taster session, has practiced mindfulness/meditation for 15 years and carried our her 3 year teacher training with the UK based Mindfulness Association. She works under regular supervision in accordance with the requisite guidelines.
