The centre works in partnership with Inksters Solicitors. Jacqueline Harkins, LLB Hons(Glasgow), Dip LP, NP Consultant Solicitor & Notary Public provides free legal advice on matters such as:

• Power of Attorney
• Guardianship
• Wills

Legal clinics are held monthly in Sandler Cottage and appointments can be made by contacting the Centre.

Jacqueline offers her time to the Centre free of charge and legal aid can be provided but there may be costs incurred for work undertaken, such as power of attorney.

Although we work closely with Inksters Solicitors LLP , we do not directly promote this legal firm over any other and would advise carers who are looking for legal advice and not wanting to use this service to contact the Law Society of Scotland for further advice. www.lawscot.org.uk
